| If at any time you decide to list with a full service agency, ByOwner Homes will refer you to one of our Network Realtors or a Realtor of your choice. After closing, ByOwner Homes will refund you 100% of the listing fee. |

| Typically the biggest reason some of our clients convert their listing is when they become unable to show their home or they feel the need of more personal attention. A Full Service Listing will include the coordination of your showings, the handling of negotiations (with your input) and the obligation to pay another Realtor. |

Guidelines:
- You must let ByOwner Homes know prior to any contact with or signing any listing with a referred agent.
- Referred agent must accept ByOwner Homes referral.
- ByOwner Homes will refund after closing a total of 100% of the listing fee. Refund cannot exceed referral fee paid by the referred agent to ByOwner Homes.
