This week I’ll be talking about different factors that are very important to know and understand when selling a property with no professional help. First of all we’ll talk about the marketing and exposure of your home. Then, we’ll tackle the showcasing of the property and what you should let buyers know. On our 3rd post we’ll talk about contracts and technicalities of the sale. And last we’ll see if doing this by yourself is a good decision. We have to remember that the main reason why sellers are going “byowner” is to save money. The main question is if by saving money we are losing potential clients or maybe sellers are getting in some sort of legal disputes with buyers due to the lack of knowledge in the process of selling.
