This townhome is in a community called “Las Brisas at Doral”. This is a property that sold in 2006 for $305,000 and it is now for sale for $170,000. This represents a 45% decrease in value in 2 years. Another home for sale in Doral that caught my attention is a single family in “Island at Doral”. This home is for sale for $554,000 and sold in 2007 for $830,000. That is a 33% decrease in 1 year. It is also below the $612,000 dollars the same property sold for in 2006.
As you can see there are some great buys in the Miami metropolitan area.
