Today, most people search online for properties, and they expect to see a visual. I have seen buyers completely disregard a listing that has no pictures because they want to know how the house looks and where exactly it is located. Often times people that sell By Owner don’t post pictures of their home; others don’t put enough pictures as if they were hiding something. Always put as many pictures as you can, if you don’t have a digital camera or don’t know how to upload them to a website ask a friend or call one of the many FSBO websites on the internet to get their help.
