We hear a lot of people say “I will buy when the market hits the bottom”, if only we knew exactly when the market will hit the bottom. Some analysts say we have already reached the bottom, others say the bottom will fair out at the end of the year. But at the end of the day, who's to say when this market continues to surprise everyone. At this point my suggestion is look for properties that are 20% to 30% undervalued. If you are lucky enough to get financing, I would feel safe enough to purchase at this time. I personally don’t think the market can go much lower than what it is.
