| Pub Date: 8/21/2008 4:00:23 PM | | | Seems like more and more FSBO sites are being launched. As I searched I found that the majority of paid sites come up first in the search results. Websites where the owner can post properties for free are either not showing up in the first few pages or the technology and design is very poor. What I’m trying to say is that if you are a home seller and want to go FSBO, expose your property where most of the people would see it. Remember that exposure sells homes. To post a property on a site with little or no traffic is the same as doing nothing, unless you are relying on a yard sign in front of your home that can guide people to that specific site. Like always my suggestion is combine “For Sale By Owner” advertising with a “Flat Fee MLS” approach to give yourself the best chance of all. | |  | | Subscribe to this blog |
